Please note that Setra scales are only shipped to business addresses. We do not ship to residential addresses.
Thank you for your business. We quickly ship orders for Setra scales within 1-3 business days. On occasion, lead times can be 4-6 weeks. Contact Us to check stock and ship time on a specific item.
Free shipping is UPS Ground shipping only for Setra scales and standard LTL truck shipping for quantity orders and remote floor scales. Free shipping is only to the USA, 48 contiguous states. Other shipping methods and rural and driver-assisted deliveries are subject to extra charges. Alaska and Hawaii orders are subject to shipping charges, which will be calculated and added after the order is placed.
Prices are subject to change. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, as long as exchanged equipment is returned in new condition with all original factory packaging. A Return Authorization is required for shipping. Returns are not allowed on broken or damaged equipment, and a restocking charge will be assessed for any missing or used equipment. Freight charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Special orders and custom programming are not eligible for exchange.
Products include a two-year limited warranty covering design or quality defects. Damage or accident is not covered. Warranty issues must be approved, and a Return Authorization is required for shipping. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
